The Embarrass River Valley Instructional Network Group is a consortium of nine PK-12 school districts established in 1991 as Wisconsin’s first fiber optic distance education network. ERVING’s mission is to use telecommunications and technology to expand and enrich educational opportunities for students, staff and community members. For more information on ERVING, please refer to the Scheduling Handbook.
Students registering for ERVING classes must be self-motivated. Also, regular attendance is vital to the student’s success. Families will be bound to the ERVING agreement and commitment to these courses is required.
Prerequisites for courses are determined by the host school. Students who are in good academic standing and have shown the ability to work responsibly with minimal supervision will be offered the opportunity to enroll.
If you are interested in participating in classes offered through the ERVING network, please see Mrs. Gruber for more information or the scheduling handbook for another description of the course offerings.
