Athletic Sports Registration Directions
1. Create an Arbiter Registration account (You only need one account for your whole family).
You may create your account at this link: Create an Account (https://account.students.arbitersports.com/signup)
2. Activate your Arbiter Registration account using the activation link that will be automatically
sent to your email. (Note: this email may go into your junk folder.)
If you are having trouble creating your account, receiving the activation email, or logging in, you
may contact support at registration@arbitersports.com or call us at 800-311-4060.
3. Complete your athletic registration :
Select the Athletic Registration program on this link: High School Registration Site.

a. Click Log In
b. Choose For Families/Students
Once you have completed your registration, you will receive an email notification confirming we have received your registration.
*Note - Make sure to choose whether or not you want the college recruiting. You do not need to do that, but, if you need assistance with your online registration, please reach out to Arbiter Registration Support at
800-311-4060 or registration@arbitersports.com .
Physicals
All athletes must have a WIAA sports’ physical by a physician.
Blank forms can be downloaded from the Wittenberg-Birnamwood website https://www.wittbirn.k12.wi.us/ (Athletics, Athletic Forms).
Physicals before April 1st are valid for the remainder of the current school year and the next.
Physicals on or after April 1st are valid for the remainder of the current school and the next two school years.
When uploading the physical, save the document as jpeg. Often a pdf is too large.
Athletic Fee
Middle School Athletes Do Not Pay a Fee!
$25 per high school athlete/per sport/per year
Payable in the WBHS office or through Family Access on Skyward.
Directions for Payment:
Go to the WBHS Website. https://wittbirn.k12.wi.us/
Under FAMILY, choose SKYWARD FAMILY ACCESS.
Log In - If you do not not know your user name/password, please call the high school office
715-253-2221.
On the left hand side, click on FEE MANAGEMENT.
Click on MAKE A PAYMENT.
Under OPTIONAL FEES, you may choose the sports to pay for.
Do not pay until July 15th.
