The WI Rural Opportunities Foundation, Inc. is offering a scholarship to high school seniors. The student must have been living in rural Wisconsin for at least two years. The award will support tuition only, up to $2,500 per semester, for any post high school experience in Wisconsin and will continue as long as a 2.5 GPA is maintained.
